General Terms

You must understand English. You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with parental consent. You may NOT use a proxy server. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer IP must not be shared with another computer You must use your own real information when filling out information on offers and on registering with us. There is zero-tolerance for using false phone numbers, false addresses, false names, etc. Cookies MUST be enabled, make sure they are not blocked. Fraudulent users are NOT welcome here. FreeDomainFactory relies on the honesty of all parties in order to remain an asset to all users. In order to ensure this honesty, to the best of our ability, we closely monitor our site for fraud and abuse. This means that if you engage in fraudulent activity, as determined solely by us, your account will be CLOSED and any points you have earned.

Limitation of Liability

FreeDomainFactory will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or our program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, we aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Spam

Spamming is a crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, points or prizes.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from MyFreePrize.com (the “Site”).

Personal Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Additionally when you register to the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

How do we use your personal information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to send prizes won through the Site (including arranging for shipping, and providing you with send confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Sharing your personal information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site--you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Within the European Economic Area (EEA): The website displays non-personalized advertisements through the Google AdSense services from Google, Inc.. AdSense may display you ads based on the topic of the page you’re viewing or general geographic location. The cookies used by AdSense are there to allow for frequency capping (not showing you the same advertisement repeatedly), aggregated ad reporting (statistics), and to combat fraud and abuse. Please refer to How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services for details.

Rest of the world: You may opt-in to the same policy as the EEA (above) by enabling the Do Not Track (DNT) option in the Advanced Settings or Security and Privacy settings section in your web browser. The website may display personalized advertisements through the Google AdSense services from Google, Inc.. AdSense may display you ads based on profiling of your online activities as recorded by Google, or based the topic of the page you’re viewing or general geographic location. You can opt-out of personalized ads if you prefer contextual advertisements (ads based on the contents of the page or general geographic location). The cookies used by AdSense are used for preference profiling, to allow for frequency capping (not showing you the same advertisement repeatedly), aggregated ad reporting (statistics), and to combat fraud and abuse. This website also hosts a secondary advertisement system which doesn’t use cookies, track users, or do anything other than display advertisement banners in device-appropriate sizes. Visitors who send the “Do Not Track” preference signal through their web browser will see these advertisements more often than other visitors.

Do Not Track

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you win a prize through the site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data Retention

When you register to the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information or for a maximum of 5 years.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

Fraud

Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being deleted without notice and in a relinquishment of all monies in the account. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using false information to complete offers; using information that is not one's own to complete offers; using prepaid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; completing the same offer multiple times; canceling offers and/or trials prior to receipt of product and/or service.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Payment

Prizes are shipped at the end of the month. If the cycle completes in one month, then we will ship it at the end of the following month. FreeDomainFactory does not ship Prizes in the following circumstances: to members with incomplete or inaccurate account information. In some cases shipment may require additional time than above-indicated to be processed. Thus, offers completed during a prior month may not always be confirmed/given the following month, as there are sometimes delays in receiving commissions on, and, by participating on this site, users understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until has received payment from its advertisers.
